Fitness Classes

Class Schedule

**Classes will run March 27 - May 4**

All classes are free!!

Mondays:

                         4:00 – 4:45 pm           Pilates with Carmen Gustafson  

                         5:00 – 6:00 pm           Sculpting with Susan Cole     

Tuesdays:

                         4:15 – 5:00 pm           Beginner Toning with Susan Cole

                         5:15 – 6:00 pm          Functional Fitness with Travis Huffman

Wednesdays:

                         4:15 - 5:00 pm           Functional Fitness with Travis Huffman

Brief Description of each class:

 

Pilates with Carmen:

An organized series of mat exercises that focuses on core strengthening, coordination, balance, and flexibility.  Bring a towel and yoga mat.

 

Body Sculpting with Susan Cole:

A class designed to sculpt, lengthen, and tone muscles at an intermediate level.  This class will include resistance training with bands and dumbbells to work lower body, upper body, and core.  Half the class will be cardio and the remainder will be spent sculpting.

 

Beginner Toning with Susan Cole:

 A class created for anyone either just starting a fitness program or feels more comfortable at a beginner level. You will develop, tone, and sculpt muscles using body bars, resistance bands, balls and dumbbells.  All beginners will feel comfortable attending this class.

 

Body Bar Class  with Carmen:

A workout that uses 9 – 15 pound body bars for resistance.  This class is designed to strengthen your muscles and will work your upper body, lower body and core.  We may also incorporate some light boxing for cardio.  

 

Functional Fitness with Travis Huffman:

A group-based class involving training on equipment including machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, treadmills, stationary bikes, and more. All moves can be modified for each individual.
