The following classes will run every Tuesday and Thursday from August 19 - September 27.
 
"HIIT Boot Camp with Ali" - A High Intensity Interval Training Boot Camp for those who want a more intense workout to burn fat, tone, build muscle, and increase muscle endurance.
 
"TRX with Ali" is perfect for those who want to build muscle, work on balance, and burn fat
at a low intensity.
