Instructional Technology Professional Learning

The IT Teachers will develop and facilitate professional learning that promotes innovative learning experiences and inspires forward thinking and transformative practice of our district initiatives for Vision 2020 and personalized learning.


Immersive Technologies of Escambia County (iTEC)

Each year the IT Teachers establish collaborative partnerships with teachers, specialists, and/or administrators to explore the use of technologies and resources such as; G Suite for Education, Digital Citizenship, Immersive Technologies (Virtual/Augmented Reality, Minecraft, OpenSim), 3D Printing, and Coding. Throughout the school year the IT Teachers will provide a variety of learning opportunities and support for innovative technologies that are on the cutting edge. Trainings will be announced through TalentEd, for upcoming sessions on how to teach and learn while using these technologies.
