Description of each class:


Yoga” with Alessandra Cardoso - This is an intermediate conscious vinyasa flow class that will be composed of a sequence of beginner/intermediate yoga poses (Asanas), breathing techniques and a short meditation at the end of class. Participants will be able to stretch and strengthen the physical body and relax and soothe the mental body.

Pilates” with Carmen Gustafson - This is an organized series of mat exercises that focuses on core strengthening, coordination, balance, and flexibility. The majority of the class is spent on the mat and works the abdominal muscles, upper body, lower body, and finishes with the core (abs, back & hips). Beginners will feel comfortable as many modifications are offered.


 REFIT Class” with Julie Cain - REFIT is more than just fitness it’s a life-changing fitness experience. With the fitness world, and the world at large, telling you to change or improve, REFIT is here to say that you are enough. REFIT combines powerful movements with positive music that will change your body, but your body is only the beginning. Bottom line: REFIT is a great workout that youll feel great about.

"Zumba" with Adrianne Meyer - This class is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training.


PiYo LIVE” with Stephanie Geurin- This class combines the muscle-sculpting, core strengthening benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements.  You will perform a series of high-intensity, low-impact moves that will work every single muscle for a long, lean, defined physique.


TRX Training with Ali Organt - Circuit training using a TRX suspension system.  This class will offer a full body toning, sculpting, and fat burning class.  **Limit to 4 participants**
