Summer Hours of Operation: Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
 
Summer is here and the heat is ON! Come and sweat it out this summer at the EFC. We will have
"Boot Camp with Ali" for those who want a more intense workout to burn fat, tone, build muscle,
and increase muscle endurance. **18 maximum participants**
 
"TRX with Ali" is perfect for those who want to build muscle, work on balance, and burn fat
at a low intensity. **9 maximum participants**

Reserve your spot by emailing Ali at aorgant@escambia.k12.fl.us. You can save both days of either
class. Each class will be FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. If the classes are in high demand (which is
expected), 2 missed classes in a row and/or 3 total classes missed will result in a lost spot.
 
Due to previous incidents, no late persons will be allowed unless notified beforehand. We want a
happy, high-energy, POSITIVE summer and to make sure everyone is able to reach their fitness
goals without distractions.
 
The summer heat is vicious and we want to make sure everyone stays safe. Please consult your
doctor before signing up for classes if you have any chronic disorders/metabolic disorders.
