Fitness Classes

Brief Description of each class:

"Beginner Toning" with Susan Cole - A class created for anyone either just starting a fitness program or who feels more comfortable at a beginner level. You will develop, tone, and sculpt muscles using body bars, resistance bands, balls, and dumbbells.  All beginners will feel comfortable attending this class.

"Yoga" with Alessandra Cardoso - This is an intermediate conscious vinyasa flow class that will be composed of a sequence of beginner/intermediate yoga poses (Asanas), breathing techniques and a short meditation at the end of class. Participants will be able to stretch and strengthen the physical body and relax and soothe the mental body.

 "Circuit Training" with Carmen Gustafson - A conditioning class that targets strength building or muscular endurance.  Participants of this class will move between short circuits of strength training, followed by a short period of cardio training.

 "REFIT Class" with Julie Cain - REFIT is more than just fitness - it's a life-changing fitness experience.  With the fitness world and, and the world at large - telling you to change or improve, REFIT is here to say that you are enough. REFIT combines powerful movements with positive music that will change your body, but your body is only the beginning. Bottom line, REFIT is a great workout that you'll feel great about.

"PiYo LIVE" with Stephanie Geurin - This class combines the muscle-sculpting, core strengthening benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You will perform a series of high-intensity, low-impact moves that will work every single muscle for a long, lean, defined physique.
