Escambia County Publics Schools Foundation’s ‘Give It Up’ Challenge Kicks Off
Posted 2/1/23

The Escambia County Public Schools Foundation is hosting a virtual Give It Up Challenge fundraiser throughout the month of February.

The campaign hopes to raise funds for the Escambia County Public Schools Foundation, as well as raise awareness about the Foundation and its mission to enhance education by investing in our children’s future to ensure they graduate on time and are college or career ready.

The campaign challenges the community to “Give It Up” for Escambia County Public Schools by pledging to give up a regular treat or indulgence and donating those dollars to the Foundation during the month of February.

“The Escambia County Public Schools Foundation is excited to launch this campaign that gets the community involved in our mission and adds an element of fun and competition. The funds raised by this campaign will support thousands of students in Escambia County Public Schools,” said Jo McArthur, Executive Director of the Foundation.

As a thank-you for participating in the Give It Up Challenge, the Foundation will randomly draw one lucky winner to receive a complimentary 2-night stay at any Innisfree Hotels Property, courtesy of Innisfree Hotels.

“Innisfree Hotels is a wonderful partner to the Foundation and we are extremely grateful for their partnership in this campaign,” McArthur said.
