 Use the Summer Order Program

Here's Why!

The Summer Order Program was developed to reduce stress during the craziness of the 1st week of school. The GOAL is for Teachers to order the supplies needed for the next school year, before school ends this year. These orders are classified as our first Priority and the Warehouse begins picking these orders in JUNE for delivery the week before School Starts. This should help the Skyward entry person as well, because Schools that participate will have their Skyward orders inputted by the Warehouse starting the 1st week of July, and directly after District Financial Rollover. Last year we had 32 Schools participate. Since then, we have upgraded the process to better serve the Schools.

Summer Order Program
Order Entry Instructions

  • Click The Summer Order Login Button. Use School District Login.
  • Enter School Code Or Dept Number-Hit Tab key to populate your school's information.
  • Write Down Your Order Number.
  • Type in Teachers' Name, Room Number, Special Delivery Instructions.
  • Type in Item Number-Hit Tab and the item's description will populate.
  • Type in the quantity desired.
  • Add or Remove items by clicking the + or - symbols.
  • When You have finished adding items click-Print.
  • Use the drop-down menu to submit, save your order for later, reset, or cancel. Click GO.

    Your order will be sent to your school's approver.
