Please note: Upon completion of a field trip the Extra Curricular Trips Request Form must be turned in the following business day. The form needs to be signed by the sponsor and the operator. In addition, the operator must include his/her social security number.

2017-18 Approved Charter Bus Companies
Only vendors listed below are authorized for charter bus services for students, and only utilizing the 155 vehicles specifically listed for each below. Drivers must have successfully completed District background checks prior to the trip. These authorizations expire at the end of the 2017-18 school year.
Important Note About Travel Agencies: The Escambia County School District no longer lists travel agencies through which schools might make their travel and activity arrangements. However, only charter bus companies listed as "APPROVED" on this page are authorized for charter whether they are procured through a travel agency or not.
