ECSD Field Trip Transportation Information
- The Roy Hyatt Environmental Center pays for half of the cost of the bus for all ECSD 2nd and 5th grade field trips up to $87.50. The school is responsible for the other $87.50 and any cost that might go over the total of $175.
- After scheduling your field trip a transportation request form must be completed on-line by the secretary at your school, being sure to include your school code on the form. This form is then emailed to the Mathematics/Science Dept. Secretary, Debra Earl-Magouryk, DEarly-magouyrk@ecsdfl.us
- Debra Early-Magouryk will then add the RHEC code to the form and forward it to the Transportation Department.
- Two weeks prior to your field trip it is always a good idea to check with Debra Early-Magouryk, as well as the Transportation Department, to make certain that all is in order for your trip.
*All other groups must make their own transportation arrangements.
